"Three assurances" service
1. Purchase raw materials, spare parts, produce and inspecte products strictly according to ISO9001.
2. Provide necessary technical documents and quality certificate for products.
3. Within twelve months after products sold, if customers can't use the products because of its poor quality, the company would provide three assurances" service.
4. Provide spare parts in time, installation, commissioning and maintenance service as well as technique training according to customers' requirement or agreement.
5. For big project, we would organize production, test and inspection according to the requirement on the bidding documents.
6. After receiving feedback information about products' quality, we would give our suggestion within 24 hours.

4. Procedures of service During the use of the products, if customer find it can't be used, he could report to Drichs Sales Center. And he should tell them the type, specification, using environment, date of purchase of product. After the after-service department gives suggestions, and the problem still can't be solved, then we would make decision as to send people or other solutions.
